Blake did a phenomenal job with a complicated property. He knew exactly how to market my beautiful, large, historical Mt. Tabor home and knew exactly how to get the property in front of the right buyers at the right time. My home sold quickly in a difficult market period and for a very good price. Blake was referred to me by a trusted friend in the real estate industry, so I shouldn't have been surprised at how well he dealt with all of the complications -- I was out of the country the entire time and I also had to deal with very complicated tenants. He successfully navigated the tenants, coached me on fixes and small updates I needed to make, and when I did come back to clean and vacate the house before closing, Blake helped me even further. Blake really went the extra mile in so many ways. I cannot more highly recommend Blake Joerger if you're looking for a great real estate agent! Ben Fajen

Blake was knowledgeable about the Portland market—something I needed as a recent transplant. He drove me around to see a couple of houses that didn’t work out but then showed me around some other neighborhoods that I hadn’t considered before. For the house I eventually purchased, I was confident in his ability to negotiate on my behalf.

If there was a 10, we would rate Blake that. He was so easy to work with and knowledgeable of the market and the city. He spent a lot of time driving us around and sharing neighborhoods, and history of each. He was always available to answer questions or take us back to look at properties multiple times.

He was a lot more aggressive than I would have been and it served me extremely well. He had a series of properties that fit my needs ready to view almost immediately after telling him I was ready to get the process started as well.
