Bethany Benner is the best!! As a first time home buyer in such a difficult market, I had a ton of questions and worries.. Bethany was super informative and very flexible, which made me feel a lot more confident when it came to buying a home. She was very accommodating when it came to viewing houses quickly and she really cared about putting us in the right home "not just any home". She was very transparent when it came to good AND bad qualities in a home and was even willing to help us with things outside of buying a house (finding contractors, renting, advice, etc). I don't usually post reviews but I felt like I had to! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Bethany was great to work with! She was available whenever we wanted to see a house or had any questions. Her knowledge is very helpful, and her ability to stay calm and positive is amazing. Bethany also helped us sell our place. We sold it quickly and for the price we were looking for. She sends out weekly emails so you know how things are going and she made the selling process really smooth.
