We met Barbara almost two years ago as we were contemplating downsizing in Cordillera. Since meeting, we have bought and sold a home in Cordillera. The experience has been fantastic. When we began our search for a home in the Vail Valley, Barbara came highly recommended. From there, she and her entire team surpassed every expectation, and 3-months post-sale, continue to do so. Her team, including Shelley and Kirstin, go above and beyond. The whole team works seamlessly to provide a true “concierge” experience. If we could, we would give 100 stars here--5 stars are not even close to describing how amazing Barbara and her team are. Barbara helped us from start to finish and spent countless hours helping us to find our home. No detail was too small. Not only did she guide our search, but she was involved in every detail of the buying process, including solving logistical problems relating to the closing, dealing with whimsical sellers, connecting us with/ liaising with local contractors and services on our behalf, and a list that goes on and on. Barbara always had our interests in mind and was thoughtful, kind, and careful through the whole process. We truly cannot thank her enough and if we are ever to buy/sell another home would ask for her help without pause. Her expertise is unparalleled and especially critical for people who don’t live locally.

Barbara and her team did an amazing job working with us on the sale of our home in Edwards. They were very knowledgeable of the area and thorough in their research and gave excellent recommendations to price the property to sell quickly at a strong price.
