We hit the jackpot with Barb. Not only was she easy to get to know, and work with, she earned my deep appreciation and respect while working with my elderly parents in selling their large home. She knew our market and got the job done! Selling and the technology that goes along with it can be quite daunting for our aging parents. When I couldn't be there she showed kind patience in explaining everything that needed to be done and walking them through the process. This brought me and my siblings such relief knowing they were in good hands when we couldn't be there. Truly an amazing agent who has quickly become our friend. Love her!

Our house had been on the market for a year. And we decided to find a new realtor. Barbara was a joy and a relief from the moment she walked into our home to closing on the sale of our house. The first time she walked through the house her first statement was “This is a Darling House this house should sell by end of June”. At our first meeting we discussed what we wanted for the house and that’s what we got. We also discussed the cost for selling our house. Barbara was on phone as we discussed how the sale would go. She gave us her fee and she got quotes from Title Co., Septic Inspection Co, HOA transfer fee, and she scheduled with her team to stage the house and talked to photographer. When she left she handed us the page from her legal pad with total cost to sell the house. Those cost never went up but a few went down. Communication were great and we had an offer within days after house was listed again. Our house closed before middle of June and it would have been sooner but buyers wanted a 45 day escrow. Barbara had her team did outstanding job for us in selling our house. I highly recommend you have a set down meeting with Barbara if you are looking to sell or buy a home in Sedona.
