We have known Avo since 2018 - he was the seller's agent for the property in River Edge we bought at that time. I liked the way he managed the selling for our counterpart, so when the time came to look for an upgrade, we asked Avo to represent us as buyers. Avo has a lot of experience and knows the market well, which helped us avoid some costly mistakes. Always quick to respond and very patient. We were not in a rush to buy and were quite picky in our search - Avo was always here for us. When we were ready to buy, he helped us negotiate the purchase of an amazing house in Paramus!
