My husband and I absolutely loved working with Nick! From day one he was always quick to answer our questions and concerns we had. What a great experience we had working with Arlen and Cindi Homer . Just the best agents. From showing us the house, to recommendations on our offer, to negotiating with the sellers after the inspection. We always felt that they had our back. So knowledgeable about the business, they had lots of connections in the industry for inspections, repairs, financing. If you want a great agent, Arlen and Cindi are who we trust. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Update. Also went through selling our home with them. Another great experience. They were awesome, helping us properly price our home. They did amazing work advertising and getting the word out. We had an offer within the first week. Helped navigate the inspection negotiations and helped us feel comfortable and confident the whole time. We love this team and would refer them to everyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Cindi Homer and her team did and outstanding job helping my family with our first purchase in southeast Idaho. Cindi was always attentive in answering our questions. She was there throughout the whole process. She was always eager to assist with any concerns we had. I feel like she has become part of my family.
