Annie did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of my home. She is an expert in the local area. She was friendly and had a wealth of knowledge in all areas of real estate. Annie made the complicated home buying process seamless. She was there every step of the way from answering questions, learning my preferences, and being a fierce negotiator, to coordinating and organizing the closing process. Annie helped me to find an awesome home that I love. I highly recommend Annie if you are looking for a great realtor!

STOP looking, you have found your real estate professional. Annie was outstanding and very patient. I was an out of state buyer, purchasing a property for my daughter who was in state. Annie showed her multiple different properties and was very conscientious about finding just the right property in the right location. She treated my daughter like she was hers. Even after the purchase she was an amazing resource and I even contacted her when I was ready to sell the property. She was even more impressive on the sale and went way above and beyond what was required of her to get he house in sellable condition and sold. I can't recommend Annie highly enough for a real estate purchase and/or sale.

Annie was amazing for us! As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing and she was there for us every step of the way and explained everything. She was very upfront and honest with us and made it easy to find our dream home! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!

Annie was amazing. She took charge of our entire buying process. Annie gave many recommendations based on her experience, set up all of our inspections, set up our closing attorney and made sure the sellers were held accountable. I’m grateful we found Annie and so pleased that she was our agent. The time and effort she put in are second to none. Annie has the entire process mapped out from day 1 to closing day to mitigate any surprises. A+, 100%. We love Annie!

Annie Freed is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. In a profession that is highly saturated, finding the Agent that you dream of when you think of buying or selling property can be hard and take several tries to get it right.
