Mariah has went over and beyond for our family! She showed properties in some of the most questionable weather, and also all times and days of the week, never once did she complain or back out of a showing. She has been amazing at answering any and all questions we ever had, even if she had to check into it. We have dealt with a few other realtor’s in the past and Mariah has been by far the best one we have dealt with. I appreciate Mariah being part of our journey more than I can even say! She made our house buying process an absolute joy.

I was interested in a home in Montgomery where Amanda was the listing agent. I was upfront that my offer would be contingent on selling my current home, and I was also exploring a bridge loan to make the process smoother. However, rather than being transparent about having an interested buyer and whether she could work with us, she strung us along and, in the end, appeared to use our interest to push her current buyer to offer a higher price. While I appreciate her effort in providing a video tour, it was not thorough—she never showed the inside of the barn, the Michigan basement, or the furnace. She also couldn’t answer basic questions about the home, such as the age of the windows and roof. Then, at the very end, she sent a blunt text asking if I had an offer letter—something she had never discussed or requested before—only to completely stop communicating with me afterward and never respond to my final offer. This lack of professionalism was deeply disappointing. Buying a home is an extremely emotional and important life event, and real estate agents should act responsibly rather than play games. I would not recommend working with her.
