Andres and everyone with TWG helped us find a beautiful home in the DC area. They were very nice and professional. Always available to answer questions we had. When we had multiple homes we wanted to tour, even at the last minute, they were always available to make it happen. They made the buying experience very smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Andres along with the team of Yasmin, Jesse, and Kevin were such a pleasure to work with on the sale of our house. I would sum up the team as exhibiting high professionalism, integrity, and market knowledge. The team provided very thoughtful ideas in marketing and preparing our home and we were impressed with their knowledge and approach of leveraging data and analytics to enhance our understanding of the local markets. With respect to communication, it was exceptional. The team was very prompt with responses and lines were always open, no matter the time of day or type of questions. I would highly recommend Andres and his team!

My husband and I worked with Andres and Andrea to buy our first home in DC. Though just a starter condo, we got the million dollar treatment from both of them! I’m a cautious person and don’t make decisions lightly, but I felt comfortable letting Andrea and Andres take the reins. Our initial meeting was great, they laid out the whole process and the ‘cast of characters’ we’d meet. They spent all the time I needed to answer questions and followed up promptly whenever we had questions throughout. They truly worked in our best interest, Andrea ensuring we stayed within budget and working hard with us to get on the same page with lenders (which was definitely the hardest part!). We’re so happy to have closed on a beautiful condo we’re proud to call home! Andres and Andrea, thanks again to both of you! You made a tough process much easier. Looking forward to the housewarming and to working together again in the future!
