Words cannot express how happy we were with Amy. You won't find anyone on Hilton Head Island who is able to read you, know what you want, and match a home as quickly as she can. Not only is she a plethora of Hilton Head/Bluffton knowledge but she knows all the right people to use for investing, closing, and even maintenance and repairs going forward after the sale. She always picked up the phone and answered every email quickly and kept us informed with any change as it happened. When it's all said and done, she makes you feel like family. Scott is without a doubt one of the best realtors that we’ve worked with over the last 40 years. He and Amy Aurelio’s entire team of Keller Williams Low Country provided excellent support and marketing throughout the entire process from listing to closing. During our initial meeting at our home Amy and Scott suggested a delayed listing that would provide us with valuable insights on our house and the listing price based on realtor comments and buyer activity. After the initial four days of delayed listing we had two offers, both of which were better than the asking price. Scott helped us through the inspection process ensuring that the buyers were communicated with through their realtor that the work had been completed. Amy and her team were amazing to work with. I have bought and sold 4 homes before working with Amy, and she was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. In this case, my mother passed away and I had to sell her home from all the way across the country. Amy made the tragic and difficult experience so much better. She facilitated so much including finding landscapers, home cleaners, consignment contract for the furniture, HVAC repair, and so much more. She also facilitated the removal of boxes for donation and trash. She made an overwhelming process manageable, and I absolutely could not have done it all without her help and support. She truly went above and beyond and provided an experience I have never had during a stressful transaction. Thank you Amy and team. I will forever be grateful for all you did for me.
