Could not have asked for a better home buying experience particularly as first time home buyers. Lisa was a delight to work with. Incredibly detail orientated, patient and transparent; if she didn't know the answer, she definitely knew who would. She also has a great network of collaborators whether it be financial experts or home inspectors. Thank you for making our first home purchase as smooth as it was. Strongly recommend this agency.

We cannot rave enough about our experience with Ali and the whole Haven Homes team. From the moment the random Zillow call I placed was answered by her friendly voice I knew we were in the best hands. Ali looked at countless properties with us, always lending an expert opinion about not only the home itself but also the neighborhoods and other factors that we never would have thought of. She also never let us give up on finding our forever home even when we got tired; she is the best cheerleader. And now, as we spend our first night in our beautiful new house, we can’t help but think it was all serendipity that we not only have an amazing home but a wonderful new friend. She is truly an expert in her field and negotiates like none other! Bonus: She’s also a new neighbor!! I also want to shout out to her whole team at Haven for making closing and all the tedious parts of buying a home so seamless and easy. They even provided a list of all the various services and utilities we might be needing. Truly an A+ team and we couldn’t be happier.

Ali Goodwin is a delight to work with. Her passion, hard work, intuition, and deep knowledge of the market lead to a speedy and smooth sale to new owners who will be good stewards of a beautiful slice of Maine. Lisa Bultheel provided superb backup on all the details of the transaction and was also a real pleasure to work with. In advance of listing, Ali strongly suggests that a seller obtain septic ( if relevant) and home inspections -- cost of the latter is refunded at closing. Terrific pieces of advice in what can be a fraught process. I am sure that having those reports contributed significantly to the expeditious and smooth sale. Thank you, Ali!
