Ahmet was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He’s hard working and and very accommodating. Ahmet went above and beyond by hosting all the necessary open houses and advertising our property. Ahmet made this whole process easy and painless. He is very communicative. He gave regular updates, showed us the market data and provided thoughtful and data driven feedback and answers. He always made himself available whenever we had any questions. Ahmet helped us sell our house quickly and within our requested time frame. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell their house!

Ahmet is a highly professional agent with deep knowledge and experience at how to properly market homes and generate interest. At the time we listed our property in a high rise there were over 16 units for sale and virtually no activity or sales happening in the building despite the other units being listed by big brand name firms. Ahmet quickly diagnosed what the problems were in their approach to marketing the properties and presented us with a comprehensive plan of action to generate interest immediately. Our home sold within a few weeks whereas none of the other properties listed in the building sold. The entire process with Ahmet from listing to Active to pending Sale and closing was very smooth due to Ahmet and his team. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Nick was amazing to work with. We found our dream home and with his dedication and hard work we beat out multiple offers and closed with no issues. Nick was available day or night to answer questions and checked on us often during the buying process. We felt that Nick went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I had a very good experience when shopping for a home with Nick Karim. He is very knowledgeable about the homes and will definitely fight to get you the price you want the best he can. He is very available and will always answer your call regardless of the time. Lastly he is just a genuine person and he stands on his word he will still answer the phone after everything is done and help you with anything or answer whatever questions you may have.
