Highly recommended!! Provided us with all the information we asked for and allowed us to make the decision that was best for us. Communication and organization was extremely helpful. Especially when lots of planning was done from a different state. Trip was planned and they had everything set up for us to review as many houses as possible during the time we had.

I've been working with Zach Greenberg on all my rentals for over 10 years and I would not trust my apartment or home searches with any other firm - PERIOD. He's the best in the business; I've known him so long that I've watched him be single, get married, and become a father, all while continuously finding me homes that fit my needs at any given time, and I'm super picky. I highly recommend him and his entire team. The attention to detail, the prompt communication, and the little extras, and the gifts are the icing on the cake. Looking forward to my next home because I know that Zach and his team will bend over backwards to find me the right one.

Zach was great to work with. Communication was rapid and very professional. He was very attentive to my requests and was fast and efficient when there was a property I was interested in. He gave me advice on what to expect from the offer all the way to closing. I’m was impatient buyer and contacted Zach on thanksgiving day and he still took the call and made sure I was satisfied before he went back to the holiday. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Zach.

Zach knows the market and the area so well, he made our purchase a breeze. My fiancé and I are in the process of looking for another larger home for our growing family now and we wouldn’t use anyone else. We would recommend Zach to anyone!
