Yessenia Cruz was great to work with and highly recommended to anyone needing real estate services. Yessenia was super responsive, which is extremely important in purchasing or selling a home. She is also very knowledgeable of the market and process to include complex contracts. Questions she was not able to immediately answer were researched and responded to quickly. She also has a great connections for home related needs. Highly recommended.

Yessenia was amazing to work with! She was on the listing side of an extremely smooth transaction. Every time I called her she either picked up right away or gave me a call right back. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home.

I contacted Yessenia before moving on island and she helped me find a fabulous rental while we looked for a place to buy. She knows the island inside and out and her knowledge helped me choose just the right location to buy and she negotiated a fantastic price! She handled so many of the details, it was almost effortless on my part! Yessenia is very professional, personable, and just a joy to work with! I would recommend her in a second!

Buying a home is a very stressful time especially when it's your first time. I know for a fact Yessenia made this process easier and way less stressful. She has always been there when my wife and I have questions. Her responses were always quick and when she didn't have the answer (which was hardly ever) she would always follow up until she did. Yessenia treated us like family and because of that she will always be part of mine.
