This is the second home Wilber has sold for me. He is exceptional!!! The home sold in less than 4 days. He is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. He understands the process and helps you through it. Very professional and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Wilber

Wilbur is a very dedicated, personable, and efficient agent. Right after our first contact I knew that we were in good hands. We bought a short sale and it took several months to close, Wilbur was there guiding us and keeping the ball rolling throughout the entire process. His patience and dedication is what kept us going through this tedious process, when frustration made us want to bail out and look for another house. We recently moved into our short sale home and are very thankful for Wilbur and his expertise.
