I consider Wendy Maher to be one of the premier realtors in the Winter Park, Orlando area. Upon visiting my home for the first time, Wendy made a few suggestions to prepare the house for sale which made a significant impact in the way the house showed. Wendy was present for the open house, all showings and all of the inspections we had at our home. In just the first week on the market we sold our home for our asking price. Wendy is professional, dependable and very likeable. I would highly recommend Wendy Maher as your next realtor! She is amazing!

We cannot say enough Wendy... she recently sold our home in Winter Park and she was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Her professionalism, attention to detail and availability were outstanding. She promoted and sold our home effectively and made the process as smooth as possible. Wendy was always available to us and responded immediately We cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was and we would not hesitate to recommend her services to others as well as use her services again as needed.
