I just purchased my first home with Tyrone and Andrea, and they were fantastic all the way through. They were killer negotiators and got not only their commission paid by the seller but also a 5k closing cost credit which helped my wife and I immensely to afford amenities after we moved in. They were super friendly and responded quickly to all inquiries that I had regarding the purchase and provided me with tons of materials to understand everything that went into the process of purchasing the home. I highly recommend their services, and If I ever move from here I'll be asking them to help us with our new place as well!

Team Parmelee assisted us with the sale of our condo in Bend, and the subsequent purchase of my husband and I’s first house in Cornelius, OR. There is quite frankly no match to the level of customer service and education we received as first time home buyers by Tyrone and Andrea. Our first praise has to be the prompt communication and swift sale and subsequent purchase of our new home. From listing to closing, we bought and sold a home in just under 5 weeks.
