We were referred to go with Trayce from our lender. She is very easy to work with. She is hard-working and pays attention to details. She is trustworthy and informed. She had a professional Photographer take pictures of the house. She kept us updated with any action on our listing and anything we might need to address. In 4 days, we had three walk-throughs and two identical offers. We sold our home in 4 days! It was wonderful. Because we are not familiar with the way this process works, she walked us through it and calmed our anxiety. I highly recommend Trawyce N. Ghislain!

I met Trayce , at a restaurant I worked for . We She was always one of my favorite people to wait on because she is so , easygoing, and kind. When I found out through a third party, she was a realtor, it felt like a godsend, because we couldn’t seem to find a realtor with integrity and sincerity, prior. The housing market is overwhelming and frustrating but her expertise gave us the confidence we needed to pursue this long time dream. Trayce, worked hard to help us find the best home for our family. She had our best interest and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. We are so grateful to her , and recommend her to our family and friends.

Trayce was amazing to work with! She's very genuine and worked so hard with every offer we made. Buying a home is always stressful, and it's especially difficult right now. She was proactive and kept up on every house I wanted to see and was happy to write as many offers as necessary until I found my home! It made the whole process so much easier having her back me up and give me her educated opinion when I needed help making decisions and I felt that she always had my best interest in mind. She was fantastic to work with and I would recommend her to anyone :)

Trayce went above and beyond for my family. We currently sold and purchases a new home. We couldn’t have done it without her. Trayce was there for every showing for sale and Excellent at showing us any and every property. She fought for everything that was necessary, and is beyond thorough with any contract written.
