Absolutely next level and a great person! We bought our house in October of 2019, while living in Philadelphia. It was a logistical nightmare but somehow Tim made it easy and stress free! My husband and I took turns visiting the area to see houses and he sometimes showed the same house twice so we could both see it. (Next level) When our house came on the market, he did all the heavy lifting and got all the answers we asked. My husband flew in for the open house and we were able to get an offer in that night. I didn’t get to see the house before we bought it (crazy, I know) but Tim was on it and did a virtual tour of the whole property. We love our home and would highly recommend Tim!!

Tim has been very helpful throughout the entire selling process. Many times he went to the home and met people for various reasons, we were out of state sellers, that saved us a lot of trouble. He would many times go to the home and adjust the thermostat and look around to make sure the home was secure. He treated us with care. I would highly recommend Tim and he is very professional and honest.

If you need to buy, sell or even rent, call Tim. It had been 20 years since we sold a property so we relied heavily on Tim's advice and real estate expertise. And great advice it was. Although we invested significant capital for upgrades, the upgrades paid for themselves at closing. We were under contract within 24 hours of listing the property and closed 6 weeks later. Tim guided us through the whole process and everything he told us was spot on. He delivers on his promises of communication, honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Tim and I will use him to sell our current residence when the time comes.

Tim is a great realtor and I highly recommend him. As a first-time homeowner he guided me through the process of buying a property and was always available and timely on setting up viewings of houses. Tim is very knowledgeable about the Colorado Springs area and has a good network of contacts to recommend for inspections, loans, repairs, etc. Throughout the process he exceeded my expectations and was on top of everything so I didn’t need to worry. The Colorado Springs real estate market is very competitive and Tim’s excellent negotiating skills were key in acquiring the house I wanted to buy that was sought by many others. If I buy or sell again in this area he’ll be my first choice of realtors.
