Working with tanner was effortless. He was quick to respond, offering us advice and helped during a tricky buying process. He was able to communicate and give us his entire attention. Not only did he sell our house during the first weekends open houses, he was able to help guide us on the house we bought. He understands the current market very well, does homework on comps for the neighborhoods, and has connections throughout the industry. I can’t recommend him enough

Tanner was an absolute doll. He is such a kind and supportive person. We really put him through his paces trying to find, first an apartment to hold us over, then a home to call our own. We would highly recommend he and his partner Tolga (Tony). They are an amazing team and were wonderful. Thank you both again!!

Tanner was great. Very comprehensive. I recently had a few surgeries, and he went above and beyond to get the property ready for sale, as I was unable to do the necessary maintenance myself. He was able to find us an outstanding sale price and found a buyer in a week. The whole process went seamlessly. I highly recommend his services
