Dustin sold two Bremerton homes for me, and I could not have been more pleased with his service. Dustin was always available to talk things through, he was calm and respectful, and he did what he said he would do - which is critical. He managed everything that needed to be done while I was living and working at a distance - everything from cleaning, staging, repairing, and even managing the delayed exit of my tenant from the property. He understood the marketplace very well, he was a good advisor when discussing options and possibilities, and he managed the negotiations with the ultimate buyer in a timely and graceful fashion. Dustin more than earned his commission, and I was glad to pay him for his work. I recommend Dustin unequivocally to anyone buying or selling property on the Kitsap peninsula.

Stephanie is hands down the best real estate agent in the country (probably the whole world actually). She made selling a house so easy and stress-free. She even made it easy and painless for the renters that were living there. I am active duty military, who was selling a house in one state, buying a house in another state, and doing all this while living overseas. Plus my husband was gone and out to sea! I was so overwhelmed with the whole process, but as soon as I started working with Stephanie, it was like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She was extremely timely with responses, answered the phone at any time of day/night, and just made us feel like helping us was her top priority. She paid attention to every single detail, and ensured it was a smooth and easy transaction. Additionally, she cleaned the house as soon as our renters left, which something that I have not experienced with ANY of the other real estate agents I have worked with. This made it so my renters had less to worry about and ensure the new owners would have a beautiful home to move into. She goes above and beyond for her clients. If you want an easy, stress-free, ENJOYABLE home buying or selling experience, she is the only option. She honestly cares about what matters to you and ensures that she does everything she can to get it for you. She will be more like family by the end of your experience. You can tell that she loves what she does and isn't doing it for the money. She is the ONLY real estate choice in Washington (I am hoping she starts adding more states to her list because I never want to work with anyone else again).

Stephanie is, without a single doubt, the BEST realtor option in Kitsap County and beyond. From the first meeting to the closing date, we loved working with her. Stephanie is professional, yet so personable. I feel like we have made a lifelong friend throughout this process. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She was prompt to schedule showings and flexible with her schedule! What we love most about Stephanie is that she is honest and upfront about any and all information about properties and the market. She's got style, spunk and smarts. She made our first homebuying experience easy, comfortable and exciting! Couldn't have wished for a better person to go through this crazy amazing experience with. Dustin did an amazing job being my realtor!! He found me the perfect house while I was deployed all the way across the world!
