Stephanie was amazing to work with. She helped us find the perfect piece of land to build our dream home. We sent Stephanie a list of over 10 properties and the next day had detailed information and notes on all of them! Stephanie was always available to answer our many questions and exlained the process as we were first timers. We always felt like we were put first and her only client. Through her expertise and attention to detail we always felt confident Stephanie had our best interests in mind. Will continue to work with Stephanie and would recommend to anyone!

Stephanie was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! Her level of knowledge and commitment to detail is unmatched. She worked around the clock and all hours of the day to match my work schedule to help me close on a house in under 20 days! She made sure I knew what was going on every set of they way and made sure I was aware of ways to negotiate that I wasn’t aware of to make sure I got the best deal possible. Without Stephanie I would not have been able to find, get a great deal, and close in record time on exact house I was looking for. I could not recommend working with her enough and I look forward to working with her again!

Dan is great! He was very informative. Whenever we needed anything he was quick to answer or find the answer. Dan make weekly/bi weekly calls to us just to check in and make sure we still felt good about the process. We would highly recommend Dan to anyone we know that is selling or buying a home.
