Stacie provided first class service is assisting us with the purchase of our new townhome. She was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. We had full faith in Stacie’s well researched advice which resulted in minimizing numerous potential challenges. To meet our compressed purchase timeline, she expeditiously led us through all aspect of the purchase from market analysis, offer, inspections, negation, and closing. Stacie is amazing, honest, responsive, knowledgeable and was absolutely spectacular for us during our new home search. When my wife and I were looking for a house with requirements to move down to be closer to my folks, Stacie over several month's proactively arranged many in person and virtual tours working well with her co-worker Aimee to satisfy all of our needs. Stacie is up front and patient with us while showing us many houses, learning what we really want and can afford. Additionally Stacie would point out houses shortcomings, value, explaining the potential that all home have, even estimating cost and return on investment to make sure the house we select met most of our dreams and retain market value. Typically in life, you get what you pay for. Sometimes you get lucky, and a person / team greatly surpasses your expectations. Stacie Williams and Aimee Berardi we’re instrumental in selling our home for top dollar. They are an excellent duo, who were very knowledgeable, very confident, great communicators, know the process inside and out, and held our hands the entire way. They didn’t make any decisions without consulting with us first, and they made us feel as though we were in control. They helped to make sure we stayed in our lane, didn’t do anything stupid, and made the process as simple as possible. Their selling strategy far exceeded the other brokers/agents we met with and it resulted in receiving far more than we anticipated in the end.
