I recently sold my house in Olde Del Mar relying on the excellent counsel and tireless efforts of Scott Warren at Willis Allen Real Estate. I received an acceptable offer in less than 30 days and closed just 45 days later. I could not be more pleased.<br/><br/>I normally feel uncomfortable relinquishing control but within a week of working with Scott I realized that he was a seasoned expert and that I should step aside and trust him to execute the sale. No matter the obstacle encountered, Scott had a solution. He not only knew whom to call for repairs and inspections but also how to sequence the steps required to reach a timely closing.<br/><br/>In the past, I have wondered why real estate agents charge a seemingly high fee but all I can say is that Scott earned every cent! In the current treacherous market you absolutely need a professional like Scott.

As recent transplants to North County, searching for a home is quite daunting since the neighborhoods are foreign; one doesn't know the history of the builder; one can't foresee issues with the neighbors; etc. Fortunately, we were introduced to Scott Warren as his 33 years in the industry, coupled with his experience as a former contractor, he helped us navigate properties in Del Mar, Solana Beach, RSF, Cardiff, and Carmel Valley. He was quite patient throughout our search as we never felt pressured into making an offer on a home we could regret residing in later. He was always candid which proved to be refreshing when considering a purchase as he furnished many details, not only the property but on future developments etc. He services several affluent individuals across SoCal, and even though we were in a lower tax bracket, we received the same attention and consideration. Additionally, his knowledge of vendors (e.g., contractors, furniture suppliers, landscapers, etc.) has been highly beneficial since moving into our home 6 months ago. We always looked forward to viewing homes with Scott because his company was so enjoyable. He would have many stressful things going on in his life yet he was always cheerful and in a great mood while showing homes. We remain faithful to Scott and intend to work with him again for future purchases.
