Sam Mansour is the best at his job! He is efficient, knowledgeable and professional in all he does for his clients. He and his team are responsive and prompt in their communication, and they make it a priority to meet clients' needs, answer questions and walk beside them from beginning to end of the house purchase and /or sale process. Sam and his team are a selling powerhouse. He has a huge network of support, you can basically rely on him for the end-to-end deal. Sam arrived at our first meeting prepared with research on our and similar homes. One look at the place and he had ideas on how best to position and sell it. He walked us through the process, and answered all our questions (and even anticipated some). With our approvals and decisions, he took care of all the leg work to prepare, show, and negotiate the sale. Thanks to his knowledge and excellent service, we got a much better deal than expected going into it and 100% would hire Sam again.

Well to start off I was new to Washington when I found myself looking for a home. I knew the basics of what I wanted. Then I met Daryl. He immediately went to work for me. He kept me up to date with listings that he knew had my interest. He was very professional, had great advice and listened to my wants.
