Rita is extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband and I purchase our first home. She was patient as we looked at what feels like hundreds of homes. She has maintained a knowledgeable resource over the years. I would recommend her above anyone else as she always goes that extra mile!

I don't have enough superlatives for Rita. She has sold 3 of my homes and helped in a purchase of another. She actually helped me with 2 purchases but one was a land/home purchase that she helped me obtain with no financial gain to her from me. She helped us because she knew that's what we wanted. She is really awesome. She is a local from Casper and her knowledge is 2nd to none from A to Z. One of her values is customer service and she delivers in a big way. Whatever the needs are she will provide. Her honesty and integrity are equally impressive. I truly appreciate how she connected with me and my family. She is everything a realtor should be and never disappoints.

Rita was amazing. We were the buyers in a recent transaction. We chose Rita after studying her website, reading about her background, and being impressed enough with her to give her a call. Our respect rose even more after spending some time with Rita. She showed us every last house we asked to look at, regardless of the listing agent. Her knowledge of the Casper area was superhuman. She helped us negotiate a great deal on a great house. Using a VA loan, predictably, there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed before we could close. Rita took charge of arranging for contractors, handymen, inspectors, window people, plumbers, to all come and do their thing. I never lifted a finger. Rita called me when everything was taken care of and we were ready to close. Her organizational skills and determination to make closing happen, on time, are amazing.

Rita has handled THREE transactions for me now, proof that I turn to her as the one I can trust when dealing with Real Estate! When I first moved to Wyoming, Rita very patiently helped me find the best neighborhood for me...which wasn't easy given my fickle nature! Next, when I wanted to downsize, Rita helped me to get the most equity out of my home and helped me to apply those earning to a new home and still have money in savings! Finally, as retirement is fast approaching, Rita helped me to find a smaller and more appropriate home...never having to give up the charm and style I demand.
