    It was great working with Jacob. His knowledge of the whole process and being totally familiar with the area was very important when making decisions. He always answered the phone when I had questions. Probably most important, his negotiating skills helped me get a great price on my new home. Hoping to work with him again soon.

    Jake was awesome! First day told me he WOULD sell and find the house of my dreams!!! He did just that!!! He is very knowledgeable ! He always answered when I called and answered my never ending questions.Great experience for sure.

    Ricardo has been patient with me through all of my real estate experiences. He has helped me take full advantage of the real estate market. I thought I would get less than what he suggested I should list for due to the area I owned in. But after a few weeks I was able to close and buy a new house in a better neighborhood with great rental potential, which is important because I am military. It was tough because it was a seller market, but his expertise and negotiating skills help me land a beautiful property 10 minutes from the beach!
