Renee Hahn is the real estate professional you want to work with because she is exceptional at what she does. Renee’s in depth knowledge of the marketplace was essential for us to work through our Florida home purchase. She kept track of all the many details that are required, with organized reminders to help keep us on schedule. Since we are not from Florida, her extensive knowledge of other services, such as insurance brokers and inspectors was critical. On top of everything else, we could not be there in person due to health issues. As remote buyers, Renee was able to make the whole process move along flawlessly through closing. They need more stars than 5 for Renee. She sets the bar for all others in her field as to the standard for excellence. Her and her team overcame many challenges while helping us move an uncommon property during very soft market conditions. She was able to continously shift strategies and drive interest. Additionally, her knowledge of the entire industry and processes meant we were never left wondering if we were making the right decisions. Her candidness and professional attitude, approach and interactions with potential buyers and their agents meant we were always on favorable footing. You will not find a higher caliber person to work with within this industry and its no wonder she is rated in thd top 1% of her field. I suspect it would be top 0.1% if broken down further. Renee is amazing. To date, we’ve purchased three homes and sold one home with Renee leading the charge. She can read people well, which is helpful with negotiations; and she read me and knew when I was stressed and helped ease my own worries throughout the process. In addition, Renee thinks two to three steps ahead of the game (and you). For instance, we were concerned the age of our roof age would lead to issues during the inspections and Renee had a solution before we even voiced our concerns out loud to her. Renee knows what you need before you know what you need. Not only is Renee competent she is also personable and thoughtful.
