Ray was the best realtor for the job of helping me purchase my first home! He answered all of my millions of questions around the clock, and went to bat for me every time that I needed the extra know-how. My favorite parts about working with Ray were how he never made me feel like I was just another transaction, he talked to and treated me as a peer, and he gave me the best tips and tricks that all helped me close on the condo! I am forever grateful for the work he put in to this transaction and would recommend him endlessly for anyone who is buying their first, second, or even 10th home!

Ray was amazing! He kept me informed, and really worked to ensure that I was able to purchase a lovely home! He really went to bat for me and was available for all my questions. He handled all the tough negotiations and I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. I could not have made it through without him.

Ray is very knowledgeable about the area and Lake Elsinore in general. His long-time experience with home sales in Lake Elsinore gave us the confidence that he would be the right person for our condo sale. He is friendly, very responsive and available for all questions and concerns. His recommendations for the appearance of our condo to increase visibility and interest was point on and very helpful. We had an offer one week after listing!
