It is very seldom when we write reviews. We simply cannot write reviews for every restaurant we eat at, every store we shop at, or everything else we experience on a day to day basis. However, when you have an amazing experience you just cannot pay someone back enough for, a review is definitely due. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to begin when trying to start our home purchasing process. Finding a good lender, the perfect property, and finally going through escrow can all be very overwhelming and stressful. We’re grateful to have been able to work with Raul as he made this entire process seamless. From the very beginning when we spoke to him on the phone, we knew he was the realtor we wanted to work with. We proceeded to meet him locally where we sat down and gave him our needs and wants list. He shared with us his proven techniques, his approach, and even got us to work with a lender that worked as hard as he does! As we started to look at properties, we became even more fond of Raul and how personable and professional he can be. When visiting potential properties, Raul would point out things that we had listed as our needs and wants in a place. The impressive part was that he didn’t even have our list in front of him; we could tell that he had done his homework! From that point on, we were that much more eager to work with Raul as we knew he could help find our dream home. When we finally found our home, we worked together and got it under contract - on the first try, by the way. From there on out it was smooth sailing. Every time we called Raul he answered, if not he would call back immediately and even followed up with text messages. He showed up at our property inspection, our notary signing, and even when we hit some bumps along the road (not our side of the transaction). He definitely made sure we got through it all! Now that we got our first purchase out of the way and with hopefully more to come, we wouldn’t work with anyone but Raul! You have nothing to lose but so much knowledge to gain from him and for that, we are very grateful.

Working with Raul was by far the best part of our home buying process. We found looking for a house, negotiating the terms of the escrow, and funding the loan to be a highly stressful experience. On top of that, I had to spend most of the month we were closing escrow out of the country on business trips and my special circumstances meant that the loan funding process was complicated and challenging. Raul was my "rock" during the worst parts of the process. He was very knowledgeable and patient at explaining what was happening and why. Whenever a roadblock came up in the process, Raul found a way around. He was highly responsive and always friendly and polite. He never lost his cool, even though I certainly did on occasion! I heartily recommend Raul to anyone looking to buy a home, especially if they are first time homebuyers and need a little extra help along the way.

My husband and I had been looking for a home for the past 6 years. I am happy to say we have now found our first home for our family and Raul was there every step of the way. From the first few houses we saw 6 years ago to the very one we are now living in, he's been by our side for every question, concern, and thought. He is not only very knowledgeable but very diligent with his clients. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, respectful, dedicated, and skilled, he is definitely your guy. we would use him again without hesitation. Thanks Raul!

Raul Garcia helped us purchase our first home. He did such an amazing job from start to finish. Raul took the time to answer all of our many questions and was very good about returning all of our calls and emails promptly. I was very nervous about going through the process as I had no idea what to expect, but Raul educated my husband and I and made me feel very comfortable when it came time to put an offer on a home. I would highly recommend Raul Garcia as he is one of the best in the business!!
