I am a graduate of Providence High School and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from IU Southeast. I started my real estate business right after college and am still growing my business 20 years later. I am dually licensed in KY and IN and help clients on both sides of the river. Rachel has helped us sell two homes in southern Indiana. In both cases, Rachel and her team eliminated much of our natural stress and anxiety of selling a home. No question was too big or too small or too dumb for Rachel to respond timely, professionally, and reassuringly. If she turns her phone off I don't know when because her email and text responses were prompt. Rachel was especially helpful in a couple of areas and I suspect not all realtors are as considerate and obliging. The first was relying on the relationships she has built with local contractors to expedite the couple of small issues we needed to address before closing. Not all contractors are willing to do small jobs, but after one call from Rachel, they were eager to work with us. The second was not tangible but it was so important, perhaps more than anything else: Rachel was exceptionally good at guiding us and reassuring us that we were making good decisions. She understands how emotionally excruciating it can be to leave a home in which you've poured sweat from DIY home improvements and shed tears of joy while building lifelong memories. If I could take Rachel with me to Wisconsin to sell my next home, I would. She is a rare gem. And she's REALLY good at her job.

Rachel was outstanding!!! She was attentive to all of our many needs as we were selling a home for my Mother in law from another state. Her knowledge of local real estate values and needs were very beneficial to us. Answered our numerous questions promptly and helped us immensely with names of organizations accepting charitable items. I would highly recommend her and team for home buy rent or sale.

Rachel was great! She was quick to set up showings and pointed out potential problems she saw in the older homes I was interested in. Had recommendations for inspector/finance people to use during the process.

Rachel did an amazing job with helping me purchase my first investment property. Rachel is very knowledgeable and gives her honest opinion on everything? If there was anything I needed she wouldn’t hesitate to help and was often times more excited about the purchase than I was which is great to have the support.

Rachel did an amazing job for us. It was my first time buying a home, and she helped us to learn and guided us through everything, and had a very good way of explaining the process to help us understand what we were doing and looking for. She has a great knowledge of the area that we were looking in. She was quick to answer any phone call or text day or night to answer any questions we had, and helped keep this process very low stress and enjoyable. I would definitely use her again, and would recommend anyone looking for a great realtor to use.
