From meeting Pam a couple years earlier where she walked through our home and gave candid opinions on points of the home that were good and areas that needed improvement to help improve the price point, including areas I thought could be an issue and she eased the fears of any issues. Pam is exceptionally well organized, always came prepared and willingness to explain each aspect was just amazing. I an ordinary time (pre COVID-19) this would have been a traditional sale, but this period time really needed to tap Pam's organizational skills, bringing in assistants for an off the charts open house turn out along with numerous appointments all the while understanding we had two dogs that couldn’t just be rushed out of the house at a moment’s notice. From beginning to end Pam was always there, we are truly grateful!

Pam Miller is AMAZING! She is very caring and helped us get into our first home. She is very attentive and knew exactly what our needs were. After understanding what we were looking for, she tailored our search to our wants/needs. Pam is straight forward and knows a lot of other realtors in the area which she has developed a strong and professional working realationship with them. She was HIGHLY recommended to us by our friends and we are grateful we were able to partner with her. She has been a God send to us and we love, love, love Pam! She is patient, kind, and most importantly very sincere. She is not pushy! She treats you like family and she became family to us after our pleasant experience with her. She is very thorough and was in constant communication with us leading the way! Thank you for all that you did for us and for helping us find a home and not just a house!!!

Let me start out by saying that Pam not only is professional and caters to your needs but does it in a way that a family member would. I have had the pleasure of her excellent service numerous times. Pam does not only help you with selling and buying she is with you every step of the way right till closing! Pam’s customer service is definitely unmatched and I am so very happy to have her on my side for future endeavors not only for me but my family.

Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her. We used her to both buy our new house and sell our old house. Both processes went smoothly thanks to Pam and her expertise. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. Cannot say enough good things about Pam!

Pam Miller is first and foremost a professional realtor. She is extremely knowledgable and well versed on the market values of homes in Nassau County. I am sure her knowledge base extends beyond Nassau and if called upon to represent a client in another county, she would do her research and be able to provide the same level of expertise that was provided to me. Pam's responsiveness to any questions I had was immediate. She was never not available to answer any and all of my questions. Her negotiation skills are impressive.
