Otto helped us sell our house in 2022 and did an amazing job. With that house we received above asking price and had the house under contract within the week. With our first go around under our belt, we knew exactly who we would use once again to represent us selling our other property in Riverside CA...... Otto. We knew that this other property there were going to have some challenges that would require someone with knowledge and expertise in real-estate and trusts / wills. Once again we can't thank Otto and his team for coming through and ensuring we sold the house in a timely manner. When the market is hard, whether you are a buyer or a seller - Otto should be the only contact you make for your needs and if you have a family - your family needs. Working with Otto has been one of the easiest things to do. This entire transaction of selling our property happened exactly how he had anticipated it would go. All questions we had were answered deliberately and quickly. Through this process we never once felt pressured to turn in any paperwork or felt that our questions were not valid. Each step of this process was explained to us before it happened, so we anticipated what to expect. He was always looking out for our best interest which helped when negotiating our offers. Couldn't have asked for a better experience on such a big moment.
