Nikki helped me buy my first house roughly a month ago. I genuinely appreciated her "get it done" attitude. Every step of the way she was there to help me gather information and meet deadlines. She was very personable, tentative, and knowledgeable. You definitely need a realtor like her on your side. 10/10, would recommend.

We really grew into the homebuying process with Nikki and L.A. We were encouraged to continue searching for listings until we found one we could see ourselves in as home. With her help, we were able to broaden our search to new areas until we found the right place. She was very responsive once we identified our favorite listings with L.A., esp. when submitting bids. From our first phone call, walking through the process, to meeting in person before closing, they accompanied us. They took an interest in us as people rather than just as clients. Thank you, Nikki and L.A.!

Nikki & LA are a an AMAZING GREAT team to work with. They are always available and ready to help. We are first time home buyers and both were very helpful in guiding us through the process and answering our questions. They made the process seem so easy.

If you are buying a home the Realtors you want are The Samson Properties team of Nikki and LA Wilburn. They are the best. I'll be honest as a first time homebuyer and being referred I was skeptical at first, but every step of the way they were here for us. They were available any time and any day to answer questions and show houses. They always were informative, honest, and not afraid to fight to get us a fair deal. By the end of our journey we have nothing but appreciation and gratitude to have had them help us buy our home. We will miss just talking to them because they were so great to just have a conversation with and when it came down to business watch out Nikki was a Shark. I also cant say enough about LA either. His attention to detail was amazing. He remembered small things I said and always made sure we didn't miss anything good or bad in the many homes we looked at. Again we are so thankful to have them part of this journey and they will certainly be apart of the next.

Our journey to home ownership was a long one. On top that, COVID-19 only made it worse. Nikki encouraged us to not give up and definitely not to settle for anything less than what we truly wanted. Once we found our dream home, we got into a bidding war. Thanks to Nikki, our offer was accepted and we our now homeowners. Truly amazing!!
