Nichole was fantastic! As the executor of my father's estate, she made the process of selling my father's townhome effortless. Kept me informed on all aspects of selling my father's home. Nichole assisted us through every step of the process for selling our house, helping us over hurdles in getting our house ready for sale. She knew who to contact when our house failed the dye testing needed to sell the house and the phone number. We didn’t have to try to find that information on our own. We were so fortunate to meet and hire Nichole. Her knowledge about the real estate process is exceptional. What a blessing it was for us to find Nichole.
