I chose Mitch and his staff after reading the numerous positive reviews online and they lived up to their reputation! Mitch never put any pressure on us to list once we met with him. He offered us advice on pricing and timing and when we were finally ready, he supported our decision to price on the high end. He had our home listed within a few days and within 48 hours we had multiple offers and ultimately a contract above asking. Christian was instrumental in the negotiating process and always offered great advice while allowing us the space to make our own decisions. These guys are honest, hard working, and personable. It was a bittersweet decision to sell our vacation home but they made the process easy and I am so grateful for them. Thank you Mitch and Christian!!

Over a three year period, Mitch was very understanding at my limited time for the house to be on the market. He was never pushy and always understood the seller's situation. He, and his associates, were in lock-step with each other and their cliental. My buying agent from the same office, was very perceptive and very timely with inquiries and his services of showings. He was very much in tune with my physical capabilities and replaced all my smoke detector batteries. That was very nice.

I could not be more pleased with Mitch Gainforth Real Estate. They were extremely professional, they keep you constantly updated on what is going on in the market place and how your transaction is going. They sold some property for us in a very timely manner and since were from out of state they even put us in touch with a great closing attorney. Christian Velasquez is the Real Estate agent in Mitch's office that handled our affairs and he was also a true professional. I would highly recommend this office and Christian to anyone in my family, my friends or a total stranger that are in the market to either purchase or sell some real estate. Mitch and his staff patiently worked with me for years until the timing was right to sell my house, and when it was, I had a contract in hand within days .... it was out of my hands in just over a month.
