As first-time homebuyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Jake! He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we navigated through the home buying process. He let us know what to look out for in a home, and the costs to maintain/replace certain parts of a house. Jake never rushed us and was always willing to tour different types of houses, helping us narrow down on what we like and don't like. Jake also helped us tremendously by giving us the breakdowns of any important document, which is very helpful for first time home buyers! Jake has made the entire home buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. He even helped us get more incentives from the builder! Thank you Jake for a 10/10 experience :)

Jake helped me sell my first home even though I was fully remote during the process. Jake handled home repairs, kept me informed through the process and was always there to answer questions. He always went the extra mile and even attended when I needed to move several items out of the home and saved me an extra flight. I am so happy with the sale and also wanted to give him a shout out for being my realtor when I purchased the home several years ago. Thank you so much!! It was so great to work together :)

Recently brought my first property with Jake. He really took the time to understand my needs, and gave me personalized advice in the home buying process. He is patient and open in communication, very responsive, and knowledgeable. Thanks to his help I landed this property at a proper price and it was a smooth transaction. He also offered lots of help in renovating the property. I would definitely work again with him in the future.

We're so happy we picked Jacob (Jake) to help us sell our property. He did an amazing job and made everything easy for us. On top of that, he was our realtor when we bought the property and he found us great people to rent our place before we sold it. He really knows his stuff and was always there to answer our questions. But what impressed us the most was how he went the extra mile when we hit a snag. We needed a special paper from our HOA management company to sell the house. The HOA was slow, and we were getting worried. Jake stepped in, talked to the right people, and got the paper we needed, saving the day. If you're looking to buy or sell your house and want someone who will do more than just the basics, go with Jake. We can't recommend him enough.
