Melissa was a saving grace to us when we were faced with the difficult decision to change realtors with only a month left of needing to move from out of state. I wish we would have found her from the very beginning of our home search! Melissa is not only one of the most professional individuals we have worked with, she is remarkably kind, dedicated, organized, timely, and knowledgeable of the OKC housing market. Due to being remote, Melissa served as our eyes and ears for every home viewing. She seamlessly worked with our schedule and booked many back to back showings to optimize our time. She even booked many on the same day we communicated our interests. She worked closely with us during the offer submission portion and provided important guidance to help our offer get accepted. We can't recommend her enough and we plan to work with her again in the future!

Melissa assisted me in selling my home during the Spring/Summer of 2025. No laudatory or superlative can truly capture the value that Melissa brought to the selling process. From the very start she was fully dedicated to optimizing the proceeds from the sale. As the needs arose she quickly found qualified contractors or repair agents needed to correct deficiencies in the house. Her preparation of the home for the virtual presentation was immaculate, creating numerous physical viewings during the marketing period. The closing process was seamless, a result of her in-depth knowledge of realtor processes, regulations and laws. Throughout my association with Melissa she was consistently polite, courteous and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to assist in the sale of a home. Melissa is an incredible agent. She is thorough, transparent, responsive, highly knowledgeable about the market she works in, and most of all deeply sensitive. We found ourselves in a hard situation, and it looked we would have to sell what is our dream home. Melissa was so kind and understanding. We were not selling under a happy circumstance and she was very compassionate. In the end, we were miraculously able to stay in our home and removed it from the market. Despite all the work she did for us Melissa was very supportive and even congratulatory toward us in being able to stay in our home. We could not have asked for a better agent to work with. She truly embodies the attribute of representing her client and working toward their needs even if it means not getting a sale. We could not recommend her highly enough!

She gave expert advice and many welcomed tips to ensure our home sold. The pictures taken of our home were highly professional.
