Juli isn’t a knowledgeable realtor. Our realtor had a hard time working with her and considered her to be extremely rude. She lost her clients a great offer because of it. Best part is they received 12k less at the end of the day for their home.

Juli was great to work with. We reached out several months before we were ready to sell just to get a feel for the market. She was respectful of our timeline and did not pressure us or inundate us with marketing. When we were ready to sell she helped us move very quickly to market and helped us price our home competitively so it sold over asking in 5 days in the middle of January!

Megan's team is wonderful to work with. They did an outstanding job on helping us prepare and sale my mother-in-law's home of 60 years. Their knowledge of the area was evident and they had their finger on the pulse of the market, knowing exactly the right strategy for pricing and marketing. They had appropriate suggestions for how to prep the house, offered a great way to make home repairs/renovations prior to listing. They were a very nice group to work with and I highly recommend them.
