Maureen's expertise and understanding of our local market led to us accepting an offer for asking price within a day of the start of showings. We were simultaneously looking for a new home 2+ hours away, and her attention to detail kept the sale process moving efficiently and allowed us to complete the sale and purchase the same week. Throughout this entire emotional and stressful process of selling my childhood home of 49 years in addition to finding the perfect "next stage home" for my mother; Maureen's dedication, care, communication, expertise, patience and responsiveness made every aspect of this journey easier for me and my entire family.
