Marsha was amazing!! I was very doubtful at the start of this process. Marsha changed my view as she took what I advised her of my home I was selling, did her research, and brought me back a wonderful presentation of how she would get my home sold at top dollar, and that she did. She walked me through the process holding my hand every step of the way. I would recommend Marsha a thousand times over to family, friends, and co workers. Marsha made this experience so comfortable that I felt like family. There were some bumps in the road way, but no worries here the family of resources Marsha has is spectacular.

Marsha was an amazing realtor! I am so glad I was able to find her on the internet! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Marsha made the process a cake walk for us. She was very knowledgeable of all areas of Jersey that we inquired about, she was very patient, understanding, and didn’t rush us into anything we weren’t comfortable about. I highly recommend Marsha on looking for your next home, we will definitely go back to her when it is time for us to sell.

Marsha was a great, she was professional and knowledgeable in her field. Marsha told me what to do step by step to sell my home. She went through the numbers and was able to sell my home for what I wanted. Marsha was very patient with me, and my many questions during this whole process, since I was new to this. Because of her professionalism and skill, my house sold so quickly! The process was seem less, she listened to my needs as a customer. I highly recommend Marsha Washington Bowen to sell and help you find your new home.

I’ve recently bought a house with Ms. Washington knowing it could be a stressful process, I felt 100% confident having her as my realtor, she was providing great feedback and explained all details brilliantly. In addition, she was extremely responsive to all of my questions. Her professionalism and personality was outstanding. If you are buying or selling a home, do yourself a favor and hire Ms. Marsha Washington.

Marsha Washington is honestly the BEST Real Estate Agent I have ever had. She also has worked with my Father, and my late mother in getting their home as well. I am 36 years old and i was very much struggling to find my very first house, and I felt that my hope of getting a house would never happen. My late mother found me a house that would be great for me, my dog and a potential partner/family in my future days. Marsha was extremely kind, patient, polite, informative, and very encouraging me to get this house. She had suggested the bid I should do for the home, and told me to go with what she suggests and explained what the other bids would be if i didn't, and i would miss my opportunity. I went with her suggestion and I was able to beat out 5 other potential buyers for the home. After which, Marsha was able to guide me with the Mortgage process, was able to help me find a lawyer that would be able to negotiate the inspections, the exact down payment i would need, and what she would be able to do so that way I would stay locked in for the day of the closing. I took her advice 100% and everything went smoothly for this step. Afterwards, I had explained to her that i was very nervous about the bank approval because i know they would be strict, but she had helped explain the entire process with me, and my bank lender. The bank was exactly as she said and my down payment, my credit rating, my career standing were all approved. Afterwards- in the event of the inspection, anything that was found, Marsha was able to work with the lawyer on what to negotiate so that way i would stay the course of the closing date. I was able to negotiate a certain amount of compensation to fix any sort of loose end repairs that were called out by inspection and the negotiations were very smooth. Throughout the entire 1st time homebuyer process i felt nothing but self doubt, and indifference, but Marsha was able to keep my spirits up all the way every single day. She explained to me everything, from the first bid, the down payment, the review of my credit, negotiations on what had to be done, my commitment letters, pre condition approvals, and my closing date. She had explained to me about how the closing worked and the day that I closed in on this house. This was not only a proud day for her, but for myself, and I couldn't ask for a better relator. I am writing this review late- however this is on my behalf as my mother had passed after she helped find the house and told Marsha to give me EVERYTHING i needed to go forward with the process of buying my new home. I have been in a very hard state, and marsha has been nothing but Kind, polite, warm, and VERY patient with me. I have my entire future now with my home, thanks to her. I would not only recommend Marsha for just discussing about buying, but for ANYONE whom wants to buy their first home? Especially in a state such as NJ where yes everything is higher in expense. I will say this now: Marsha is your go to 100%. No questions asked. She helped myself- a 36 millennials dream come true after so many years of hard work pay off, and Honestly, if it wasn't for her? I wouldn't not be here right now. Experience is 10/10. 5 stars ALL OVER. She deserves to honestly be in the top 5 realtors of New Jersey or even the entire Tristate area. -Nicholas Christian
