Marnie has helped us buying two houses and selling one. She is fantastic and knowledgeable with every step of the process. She even talked me into buying a home I would not have been happy with and she was right. Listen to her and take her advice she will not steer you wrong.

Marnie was absolutely amazing to work with while buying a house. She was familiar with Columbia so she is well educated on great locations that met our price range. Being first time home buyers is overwhelming but Marnie made the process so easy! She explained everything and guided us the whole way! She also did an exceptional job at negotiating our contract to get us the best deal possible. I would recommend Marnie to anyone looking to buy a home!! She is the best!

Marnie is fabulous! She offered assistance in what made sense to upgrade to increase the house value and what to not waste time and money doing. House sold quickly. She was available quickly and was there every step of the way. Great negotiator! Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
