My experience with Mark Chappell and his team was fantastic. He helped me buy my house in 2002 and helped me sell it 17 years later. With his experience in the industry, he gave great advice and help on repairs and upgrades to maximize return on investment. He provided access to resources for all the work needed even moving (all good people with affordable rates, btw). The house sold in two days at asking price despite a cooling market in October. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Mark in buying or selling a house.

Mark and the whole team were a great help selling my house! He was knowledgeable, reasonable, and gave good advice. My house sold quickly and reasonable expectations were set.

Mark was a tremendous help with finding and closing on a home in Lancaster. We were moving from NC to CA and had a lot of questions and concerns. Mark was extremely responsive, always positive and in several situations went above and beyond to find solutions.

Mark Chappell and his team met and surpassed our expectations. Listing house was a breeze and it sold in fast order. Probably due to to the mass advertising that Mark and his team put together. The team was always available to answer questions and kept us informed at every stage of negotiations. We are closed, money in the bank and off to start a new chapter.
