Marie is the best Realtor hands down! I was a Realtor many years ago, and found Marie through a trusted source. She sold my Mom's home, my sisters home, my best friends home and she just sold my home in a week. She knows how to prevent problems and create a smooth process which is so critical for sellers who are dealing with stress and emotions. She's honest, capable, efficient and effective. Marie is the greatest real estate agent I have worked with in years. She was referred to us by our dear agent and she has exceeded all of our expectations. She is a hard worker that has your best interest in mind for long term happiness and affordability in finding your home. She is not about just selling you any home and leaving you to figure the rest out after. She is highly knowledgeable and efficient with staying up to date with regulations. She will give you her honest opinion. We came to her with no hopes of finding a home and Marie worked so hard that she found us a home that we love and never expected to be in. Marie is ALWAYS for the client first. I would whole heartedly recommend her to everyone and use her in the future.

5 stars isn't enough. She set expectations of honesty and transparency from the very first meeting and overcommunicated every step of the way. She delivered tough news and had hard conversations with us in the highest professional manner. She helped us navigate the sale of our home and she truly was spectacular to work with

I can’t say enough good things about working with Marie. From day one, she made the whole process of selling my home feel a lot less overwhelming. She was super easy to talk to, always quick to respond, and genuinely cared about getting the best result for me—not just making a sale. She gave really helpful advice on pricing and how to get the house ready, and thanks to her guidance, everything went smoothly. What stood out the most, though, was how supportive and calm she was through the entire process. I never felt like just another client—she was totally in my corner the whole time. I’m really grateful I got to work with her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with! This was our first time buying a home and I must say she made the whole process very smooth.
