Lori and her team helped us get a great contract for our house. From the staging to the pictures and videos, everything was professionally done and very impressive. I was very nervous about this process and although selling your home is stressful, we knew we were good hands and had nothing to worry about. We highly recommend Lori and her team!

I initially contacted Lori because she sold the most homes in my neighborhood for the most money. What I found when I met her was a warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and blisteringly hard-working individual. Really, she was like a sister in this whole process. I would hands-down recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I'm happy to have sold and bought with her and am staying put for now, but I will definitively call her again. Thank you Lori!

Lori is fabulous! My husband and I reached out to Lori when we had our previous home on the market to see if she would be a good fit to help us search for our forever home. We started the process with her Thanksgiving weekend. Our house sold and we were still in search for a new home. She was very good at responding and making sure we knew of anything coming on the market. We were very stressed out and nervous as we had to be out of our house at a certain date and did not want to be homeless with two little kids and two dogs. It was a quiet period for the market and nothing was meeting our criteria. Lori helped our family find a rental home in Naperville while we searched for our home. There were not many options given we have two dogs but she found a rental for us quickly. We then had to be out of our rental in 4 months and Lori was determined to help us find the right home since we were on a tight timeline. Lori was great - she answered our calls at night, on the weekend, at her daughter’s volleyball games. She put in the time and effort and truly cared about our family. We saw multiple houses and Lori recommended seeing one particular house prior to the open house. My husband and I passed on it and she reached out again a week later saying I really think it would be worth seeing. We decided to go even though we weren’t sure we were going to like it. We fell in love with the house and made an offer immediately. If it wasn’t for her following up with us multiple times we probably would have not seen this house and passed on it. Lori was very quick to write up our offer and provide guidance on the best way to make our offer look attractive and stand out from others. There were multiple offers and given her quick response, guidance on what to offer, her team and the lending team we were able to get the house. We also had multiple issues with our landlord during this time period and Lori was always there for us, reached out on our behalf, fought for us and helped us through everything. We truly could not have asked for a better realtor during this process. She was and STILL is there for us through everything. She’s a gem and extremely knowledgeable I wouldn’t pick anyone else.

Lori’s advice and guidance was spot. She is very responsive and her communication is great. She and her team walked with us through the house helping us stage our home for sale and taking fantastic photos and videos.

It is hard for me to find the superlative word that would express my appreciation for the tremendous job that Lori and her team did. Their photos, videos, and entire marketing campaign resulted in almost 100 showings and over 30 offers in just 4 days! Everything was closed and settled in less than a month! In addition, want to thank you and your entire staff for your support and kindness throughout this adventure. You are the Best!
