Lori works hard! She is very personable in her approach, incredibly easy to work with and has a good and efficient network to help with inspections, fixes, staging, etc. I would give her 6 stars if it was an option!

Lori has been awesome! She took the time to find out our family’s needs and then stayed within the parameters of what we could do. She is professional, knowledgeable, & punctual. She identified properties that made sense & coordinated showings without being pushy. She knows this island! A big thank you from us!!!

Lori and Connor were great! They were professional, informative, responsive, and kept me in the loop as things progressed. They were able to list and sell my property quickly even despite the uncertainty in the world and the real-estate market due to COVID-19. I would strongly recommend them for your house hunting needs.

Lori Holden has an in-depth knowledge of the Eastside market, and is very savvy with resources to help sellers optimize their home for going on the market. She did a thorough analysis of comps on the Eastside. Our home was tricky for comps being a single family home in a HOA setting, but her research was very detailed to ensure she was comparing appropriate listings. She was quick to get us on the market, and we got a very fair price for the sale of our home and purchase of the next.

Very professional and responsive, which is so critical to a successful residential transaction. I felt like Lori was in front of the issues and managed the buyer through what could have been a tricky transaction. Very strong on more complicated deals.
