London recently helped us sell a second home. It was not an easy house to sell, but London got it done. The depth of expertise, experience and technology that she brings with her is really impressive, and London was great to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend London and Land or Lake realty do anyone who is selling a property or looking for a home.

Has a great marketing plan and uses all resources available to advertise. She provided us with a folder on our initial meeting containing statistical data and pictures with comparisons of other properties. All forms are automated and has the knowledge to assist clients on using them. London has one of the most efficient, superb assistants. She is very professional and stays on top of all aspects and communicates to clients accordingly. Most important she sold our property within three months after listing. Previously it had been listed for 15 months with other realtors. We highly recommend.

London did a great job keeping on top of all the things that had to get done. She is very knowledgable about the lake properties. We really enjoyed working with her and will recommond her all our our freinds. Thanks London for making the process so easy. I have nothing but good things to say about London Scialdone. She helped me locate and purchase my dream home in the historic district of Salisbury.
