Lisa represented me on the recent sale of my home in RSM. I have the pleasure of knowing Lisa as a friend and neighbor for 30 years so I knew her character and trustworthiness would shine through in her work. Lisa is very knowledgeable of our community & neighborhood which is invaluable when attracting potential buyers. Knowing how much I loved my home, she knew how important it was to find just the right buyers. I felt completely a part of all decisions including when to list my home, pricing my home, recommended upgrades, etc. During the process, Lisa communicated with me frequently. Once my home was in escrow, she coordinated with all parties & kept me updated to ensure a smooth transaction. She was also involved in coordinating the CA escrow team with my Tennessee escrow which was happening simultaneously! Everything closed in a timely manner and through it all I had peace of mind knowing I could depend on Lisa and her expertise! We got much more than just a realtor with Lisa. Our condo should have been such an easy transaction but we faced many unforeseen challenges. Lisa had our condo sold within 10 days of listing the property but our water pipes had other plans. Rather than leave us or drop us as clients, Lisa stayed by our side and helped us through one of the most difficult experiences of our lives. Through her expansive list of resources she was able to provide us with a plumber, restoration company, and a flooring company. She offered and went to meetings and appointments with me, knowing I was alone and had never navigated something like this before. Lisa was an advocate and had our best interest at heart. She was like family for those 4 months. When the condo was ready to go back on the market, Lisa got back to work as our steadfast realtor. Once again, we had multiple offers and sold quickly.
