Working with Lee was a wonderful experience. I was looking to downsize, but also had very high demands in what I was looking for. Lee helped me sell my home and led me through the entire process. He recommended me professionals to handle all repairs needing to be done in order to sell. He was able to sell my home at the price point I was looking for. Lee was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he help me find a perfect home for my liking, he had excellent recommendations for painters, cleaners, handymen, and more. I was very fortunate to have Lee as my real estate agent in the dual transactions of selling a home and purchasing a home. Lee did a spectacular job helping us sell our house. He has an incredible grasp of the housing market and is able to forecast fairly accurately where trends are heading so that we could anticipate peaks and valleys along the way to attaining a final closing. He knows how to show and stage a house, so I didn't have to worry about what to put up or take down. My wife and I cleaned and then took his advice for staging. What really made the difference selling the property was putting a new roof on it. It strengthened Lee's negotiating position immensely. While the old roof had life in it, it was still in Florida and had weathered several hurricanes and the irresistible sun of many summers. A new roof sold the house, and with Lee being a maestro of negotiation, we are very satisfied with the outcome. Without reservations, we can recommend no one as highly as Lee if you are buying or selling a house, bar none.
