Lauren was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the selling process. She had been recommended by my granddaughter who had sold a house and bought another with Lauren as her agent both times. I am 76 and did not want to drive a long distance to closing so she scheduled a closing in an area I was somewhat familiar with and even gave me directions after closing to another place I had to go. Not being computer savvy, she was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. l Lauren was very helpful, walking me through the entire process. I am 76 and this was the only home I had owned and sold. She had been recommended to me by my granddaughter and Lauren was respectful and patient with me throughout the listing, showing, and closing.

Lauren was great to work with! She tirelessly showed us house after house until we found the perfect one. She was very present and supportive through every step of the process and never made us feel like a burden or like we were asking too much. We absolutely loved working with Lauren!!

Not only did we find the perfect spot for our forever home we found our forever Realtor in Lauren Dennis! She made us feel so special and well cared for. Lauren really went out of her way to find contractors, surveyors, and soil specialists to provide solutions and answer any questions we had. Lauren is the best and we are forever grateful!

Lauren is AMAZING! She literally found us our dream home in record time! Everyday she would send us listings with all of the things she knew were most important to us. She also knew we were in a rush to buy a house and just really got on the ball, sending us listings constantly. She always gave her recommendations if we asked, but was never pushy. We would tour houses with her soon after we showed interest and she always kept us informed about the listings we showed interest in. Lauren is very knowledgeable about the whole process and is so supportive and always so responsive and on top of things. I had several questions about the whole process, especially the inspection and the closing, and she had all the answers. I never had to worry about a single thing because she directed us in every single part of the process so well. She got us a great deal on a beautiful home and we are definitely using Lauren for any other home purchases we make in the future. Not only is she so kind, dependable and flexible, she works so hard in finding the perfect home for you. She has made the house buying process a joy for us. Even after the selling of the house, she gave us great information on security services, lawn services in the area, ect. She never was annoyed by any of my several questions and always, always listened to my concerns and issues.
